I recently finished the first ten days of Headspace and now need to make a decision whether to subscribe or not.
My primary reason for meditating is to try and improve my focus and concentration. The thought of "being in the zone" in whatever activities I undertake is very appealing!
So I guess I am interested in the performance series of Headspace. Anyone got some stories to share regarding how they greatly improved their focus and concentration?
