I started working out a lot, 5 days a week, sometimes 6 for the last 2 months. I'm also eating my recommended 2600 calories a day and making sure I get enough protein carbs and fats. My lifts have got very very slightly better but when I look in the mirror I literally don't see any difference to when I did at the very start. I've gained 2 almost 3 kg in weight but there's no noticeable difference about me. The only difference is when I flex I've gained some mass around my chest but I'm not going to walk around flexing all the time. It's really demotivating as I've been so strict with my diet and working out. How long till I start seeing results on me and should I stop being so paranoid.
