    Hello, I'm about stressed to the max. Fiancee being stationed 4 hours away trying to move to her, taking care of family, trying to help my work because the company depends on me and I am paid pretty well for it, trying to keep up my physical training, and going back to school at the same time.I wake up and get ready but sometimes there comes points in the day where My chest gets tight and hurts. I feel as though I'm almost backed into a corner but I can't just drop my responsibilities in life. The only times I get to calm down during the week is when I get to hear her voice. Is there any mediation or relaxation practices you guys can recommend to calm down sometimes. I know this situation will only last about 6 more months but it's rough.I also don't really have anyone here I can just sit down and talk about this with that makes it harder. Please help.     Hello, My willpower has been at an all time low for some time now, and I have begun on a journey to find out how I can develop it. From what I have researched, apparently willpower and self discipline are like any other muscle in the body, the more you exercise that stronger it will become. So what I gathered is that one way to develop willpower is to regularly engage in doing things you do not want to do. By strengthening your willpower little by little you make it more available for use later, just like bodybuilding.Anybody have their own ways that they build their willpower and determination?     Hello, I started working out a lot, 5 days a week, sometimes 6 for the last 2 months. I'm also eating my recommended 2600 calories a day and making sure I get enough protein carbs and fats. My lifts have got very very slightly better but when I look in the mirror I literally don't see any difference to when I did at the very start. I've gained 2 almost 3 kg in weight but there's no noticeable difference about me. The only difference is when I flex I've gained some mass around my chest but I'm not going to walk around flexing all the time. It's really demotivating as I've been so strict with my diet and working out. How long till I start seeing results on me and should I stop being so paranoid. Please help.
