Hello,
I'm about stressed to the max. Fiancee being stationed 4 hours away trying to move to her, taking care of family, trying to help my work because the company depends on me and I am paid pretty well for it, trying to keep up my physical training, and going back to school at the same time.I wake up and get ready but sometimes there comes points in the day where My chest gets tight and hurts. I feel as though I'm almost backed into a corner but I can't just drop my responsibilities in life. The only times I get to calm down during the week is when I get to hear her voice. Is there any mediation or relaxation practices you guys can recommend to calm down sometimes. I know this situation will only last about 6 more months but it's rough.I also don't really have anyone here I can just sit down and talk about this with that makes it harder.
Please help.
